二、申请材料及要求

（一）办理停、居留登记

1.外国婴儿在出生60日内，婴儿的父母或者代理人应选择网上或现场办理停留或居留登记手续。

2.提交父母本人有效护照或者其他国际旅行证件、父母本人有效签证证件页、外国婴儿的《出生医学证明》。

3.选择网上登记时，外国婴儿的父母或者代理人需将申请材料原件扫描上传至北京市公安局出入境管理局外国人签证证件受理互联网邮箱bjcrj-wq@nia.gov.cn，并注明联系方式。北京市公安局出入境管理局自收到邮件7个工作日内通过邮箱反馈审核结果。

（二）办理签证证件

外国婴儿已取得有效护照或者其他国际旅行证件的，根据停居留事由，参照相关指南申请签证证件。

三、受理时间和地点

北京市公安局出入境接待大厅：周一至周六9：00至17：00（法定节假日除外）

四、注意事项

未按照规定办理外国婴儿出生登记的，依照《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》的有关规定予以处罚。

II. Supporting Documents and Relative Requirement

(I) Apply for stay/residence registration:

1.Infants born in China should get registered within 60 days after birth online or apply in the Exit-Entry Administration Reception Hall of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau.

2.Submit valid passport or other international travel document information pages and valid visa pages of the parents.Medical Certificate of Birth for the foreign infant.

3.Registration online,parents or authorized representatives of the foreign infant should scan and upload the above documents to bjcrj-wq@nia.gov.cn, managed by the Exit-Entry Administration of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau，and leave contact information.Exit-Entry Administration of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau will provide feedback via email within 7 working days upon receipt of the application.

(II) Apply for visa/stay permit and residence permit:

Foreign infants who already possess valid passports or other international travel documents should apply for visa according to their purpose of stay, following relevant instructions.

III. Time and Place of Acceptance

Exit-Entry Administration Reception Hall of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau: at 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Saturday (Except statutory holidays)

IV. Points for Attention

Failure to register the birth of a foreign infant within the specified 60-day period will result in penalties as per the relevant provisions of "Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China".
